       Icevale, otherwise known as The City Of Snow, is a consisteuncy
       in Northwestern Nomum and a part of the Dan Graftan empire. It
       is an efficient city that is ran primarily by its own legal
       oligarchy of merchants, similar to Balbadd.  Due to the story of
       the cities creation

       />and a law passed by the Fourth King of Dan Grafta, the city
       enjoys special rights and sovereignity within the empire. The
       absence of social welfare, reduced civil rights and corruption
       are often pointed to as issues within the city, however many
       point out that the large amount of exports and trade within
       Icevale rivals a number of other cities in the empire.
       Icevale is renowned for many of its stunning buildings being
       sculpted almost entirely out of ice. Although such a building
       material would normally be a structural hazard to the fair city,
       Icevale is under constant permafrost, never reaching
       temperatures above 20'F. Its primary exports include various
       furs and fish, although a black market business exists in
       Icevale for the root known as Glacier, which gives people a very
       strong high, at the cost of many side effects.
       Children in the city often grow up as fine hunters and
       huntresses, hunting polar bears as young as 16 years old.
       Icevalians magicians are also highly renowned users of wind,
       water, and ice magic with a strong affinity for them being the
       norm. Ice sculptures to Hecate are often carved in hopes that
       they would bless the people with successful hunts.
       Icevale has been in a population and economy decline, ever since
       the Empire began focusing on developing Ribbonterre as the main
       port in the area. Less and fewer ships have been visiting the
       ports, causing a loss of jobs and money. Discontent though has
       remained low to the Oligarchies surprise. In the face of such
       decline, Zero Taminist beliefs have begun to get a foothold in
       the city.

       Seifu Cathedral

       The Seifu Cathedral is a taminist house of worship that sits
       dead-centre in Icevale. It's an imposing building with many
       spires and towers that stretch into the sky. The building is
       divided into eight floors and one basement.
       It's enormous spires and beautiful archiecture can put even
       non-believers into awe.
       A stained glass image of Solao and Lunao can be seen near the
       back, surrounded by tons of diamond-imagery. Father Peel makes
       his sermons here every day at 8:00AM without fail. The Seifu
       Cathedral only answers to the primary in San Amore.
