       Ombra's Pursuit of Knowledge

       10 Years Ago - Simba
       A crowd of rioting citizens stood in the streets of Simba,
       pushing forward their practice of protest as others stood in
       their homes and supported from a safe distance. For two immortal
       beings, however, this protest gave rise to a much-needed
       distraction for them to start with advanced combat training.
       Adiu stood on an open flat of grass staring down an equally
       calculating Ombra. They both stood loose in their own stances
       with a sword in both of their grasps, Ombra would be the first
       to take his chance with an attack but as he lunged forward Adiu
       immediately shifted her stance slightly and readied herself for
       a parry. Ombra noticing the shift went for a feint slash and
       instead threw a kick at her abdomen. Adieu let his kick-get
       close before she brought her elbow down on his leg and kicked
       his legs out from under him.
       As Ombra lay on his back, he listened to Adiu’s corrections and
       critiques of his techniques. Throughout the entire year, this
       was the routine for Adiu and Ombra as she continued to teach her
       employer and friend how to masterfully use a sword and his own
       fists to fight back, for if he lost his weapon he needed to be
       able to handle himself. As the next year went on Ombra added a
       new training regimen to his daily schedule, the training in the
       manipulation of mana, and how to perform conjuration in the
       elements of light and dark with Henry. Henry had also lent what
       notes and research he had on the Akashic Arts to Ombra for
       research and practice over the years.
       Present day - Uger
       As we find ourselves ten years later, Ombra continues to train
       himself further under Adiu and continued his pursuit of the rest
       of the secrets of the Akashic Arts. Though rough in other areas
       of magic studies, Ombra trained and researched so he could stand
       as the master swordsman he is today and as a proficient mage in
       conjuration and spellcraft along with being a master in the
       Akashic Arts but still he found that what he knew wasn’t enough.
       Ombra’s pursuit of knowledge for the full potential of the
       Akashic Arts continues as well as his studying of the rest of
       the magic fields so one day he might before to create his own
       spells and finally recreate his family’s greatest creation, the
       Renovamen Amulet.
       The pursuit of knowledge continues.
