       The Apondian-Radio Alliance, aka ARA is a military and economy
       alliance made up of the majority of the cities and minor nations
       of Apondis. ARA works as a collective, vowing to work together
       to defend any of its members from any sort of unprovoked war or
       invasion, thus discouraging them. Members are also forbidden
       from declaring or initiating war on other members. It's main
       consistuent is Apondis, where its headquarters are also held.
       ARA was created months before the Second Cataclysm and the Great
       War. Initially just Apondis, Sento and Balbadd, the alliance has
       since increased to nearly every single city in Radio.
