       History: The overseer of project "Owl" he was a cold less
       emotional less man who only saught out  results. However if
       there was any redeeming quality of this man it was his pride for
       his experiments. Alex took a liking to the current "Owl" having
       high hopes for him he would show his love to him by performing
       experiments on him daily. Eventually when "owl" earned the title
       of "Owl"  Alex had no choice but to back off but still he was
       possessive of his precious experiment they had forged a kinda
       sick bound. So he begged "Owl" to stay however owl declined and
       Alex fell into a depression he lost his best subject  all that
       work.. gone however he gets a call from "Owl" they ended up
       meeting and having a long talk about making a joint operation it
       would be called XCOM-LABS. Alex hesitated  for a moment before
       ultimately agreeing on term that owl would allow him to
       periodically experiment on him. And thus Alex came to become a
       member of XCOM and an important member of XCOM-LABS
