       Aqua Medicine

       Aqua Medicine, also known as Blue Secret is a special subset of
       abilities for treating or causing unusual forms of trauma. It is
       a subset of techniques that use water-attributed mana, mixed
       with a combination of Healing Magic and strong Mana
       Reinforcement: a triple-combo that requires an excess of mana to
       even perform. It can also easily be used without a chant, making
       it effective when time is limited.
       A skilled user can also use a malignant form of Aqua Medicine to
       cause damage within their target. For example, damaging ones
       cells instead of healing them, or stopping a heart instead of
       restarting it.
       Aqua Medicine • Scorpion
       Rank: B
       Range: Long
       The mana is sent into a target and accelerates their natural
       healing rate. It is ineffective against long-lasting internal
       illnesses, but against temporary ones and external wounds, it is
       powerful.
       Aqua Medicine • Jellyfish
       Rank: B
       Range: Short
       The mana is shaped into a jellyfish and then placed on another
       person's body.
       After one use,
       Aqua Medicine • Mosquito
       Rank: B
       Range: Long
       The user's mana is shaped into dozens to hundreds of miniature
       mosquitoes, which then fly out to their target and begin to
       leech out any single substance from their body in roughly half a
       minute. For medical usage, its commonly used to drain any poison
       straight out of the victim. It is very painful when applied.
       Offensively, it can drain out a persons blood.
