>Sorcery - Theo is an Omnimancer-- an exceedingly rare type of
mage that only a handful of mages in the entire world can be
considered. He is aspected to every type of magic in existence,
reducing the drain any spell would require of him and letting
him use them far easier then anyone else can. As a result he can
also learn most magic with half the training it would take
others.
Although his outright skill with sorcery is still average, he
has been noted many times to have unbelievable potential just by
being an omnimancer, especially with his other talents. Some
have said he has the potential to be a prodigy magician in the
future.
>>Haggler - A special technique of Theo's. He can trade (give
and take) anything from anyone; to do so however, both parties
must consent and agree. Even things that are not physically
there can be traded. He first used this to trade Jack's speech
impediment after realizing the burden it put on him.
>High-Speed Divine Words - The brand of the First Witch: a power
that is normally automatically passed down from mother to
daughter through members of the witch's lineage. Theo is the
first boy known to have been able to use this, passed down from
his mother. It grants it's bearer the ability to chant at
lightspeeds-- ignoring one of the quintessential weaknesses of
magic. However, although he can chant at lightspeed, Theo must
still be able to actually speak to take advantage of this.
Because of this, and his omnimancy, Ms. Crinkledust has taken a
special interest in him.
Personality: Gracious and affectionate, Theo in many ways lives
to please others and give aid when he can. Theo has a tendency
to act timid and reserved. He loves aiding people and hates
being alone, gossiping a lot even though he has a speech
impediment. He has a smart and calm personality, but a lack of
common sense to go with it.
Interests: He has a distinct interest in fantasy books that he
uses as a form of escapism. Escaping into books is also a vice
for Theo, that he uses to avoid dealing with unpleasent
realities.
Motivations:
History: Theo was born to the noble family of Count Edward
Vicubor and his wife. Though he was loved and their only child,
the two did not have much spare time to spend on him, and so he
was babysat often as a tod, and stayed at home alone as he grew
up. As he was often alone and isolated, Theo was a very reserved
boy, although he spent his time alone in productive ways--
searching through myriad books on religion, fantasies and tales
of heroes. During his time alone in his family's estate, Theo
also practiced magic away from the prying eye-- sometimes even
in an illegal fashion (though he was never caught).
At ten years of age, Theo began making expeditions into the
forest alone, exploring and searching for numerous things. He
had always hoped he would find a monster to fight like in the
books, but it never happened until one day. During one of his
forest expeditions, young Theo had ran into a man's corpse
within the forest in Spiritvale and peed his pants in fear. The
corpse revived as a zombie shortly after, attacking him though
he killed it with a firecracker he had. This incident scarred
him for life, and he still gets antsy when he is around corpses.
At the age of fifteen, Theo had met a fey girl, Luna Lockhart.
Once he hit puberty and his latent sorcery was unlocked, his
parents became somewhat fearful of him, though they would never
say it. His father signed off on gaining a special kind of
bodyguard named Jack

/>for Theo and soon after he was sent to the Mage's Academy to
harness this skill, in order to 'perhaps use it for the benefit
of the Vicubor family' in the future. He also became pen pals
with one of his older cousins, Alice, around this time.
During one of their meetings, Theo decided to help Jack with his
speech impediment in the only way Theo knew how: by using his
Haggler ability to 'trade' it to himself.
