       Newt

       A bustling town of a tropical climate, Newt has palm trees
       lining the main street, numerous restaurants of fine cuisine,
       musicians, a bustling market place as well as breathtaking
       views.
       The city's prosperity derives from the energy of a meteor that
       crashed on the area it was built on almost a century ago.
       Scientists and magicians alike discovered that they could
       harness its practically radioactive power to produce all sorts
       of energy and materials. Residential areas sprung up around the
       meteor, and before long, people flocked to the fledgling town.
       As of recently, an issue has appeared where people in the city
       appear to randomly get sick with nausea, vomiting and bleeding,
       occasionally ending with death. It has yet to be called a
       plague, but some believe it deserves the title and will soon
       spread.
