       Sentiment Puppet - Nero can fire pink string from his fingertips
       that latch onto living targets, allowing him to control their
       actions for as long as he likes. Upon actually touching a
       target, the strings become like miniature, microscopic lasers
       that can stretch for upwards of 100 yalms, snapping and ending
       Nero's control if they go any further. Nero can control
       everything about the persons body, forcing them to move and talk
       as he pleases, even being able to have them act autonomously if
       needed. However, if he himself is knocked unconscious or stops
       focusing, the ability ends prematurely.
       Other Skills - Nero is an expert at reading people and
       predicting movements; because of his talent in this, he co-leads
       many military operations with one of the Empire's generals. Nero
       is capable of using killing or suppressing intent in order to
       lead others to doing what he wants, or putting them into
       distress. He prefers to backline partially due to his own lack
       of martial skill, and also because its 'more interesting that
       way'.
       Personality: Nero is an extroverted man who adds flair to
       anything he does. He often adds 'toto' to the end of his
       sentences as a habit, an Ugerian word that means love. He
       prefers to go for expensive things
       Beneath the immediate gaudy and colorful prose however is a man
       who is always making sure everything is organized and planned.
       His tendency to make decisions based purely on logic and his
       style of action has earned him the popular nickname 'The Metal
       Rose'. However, when things get out of hand or do not go his
       way, he does get annoyed even though he doesn't allow it to
       deter him in any way.
       Interests:
       Motivations: He wholeheartedly believes in the successful future
       planned for the Graftian Empire, and is loyal to a fault to the
       emperor and all future emperors of the empire. He despises
       traitors or those who act foolishly in the name of the Empire,
       often acting as a sort of 'cleaner' within the empires ranks. In
       terms of personal goals, he seeks to increase his collection of
       'prisoner-dolls' from the soon-to-be executed and reach
