       BrainPal
       The BrainPal is a neural implant that allows anyone to send and
       receive data through simply mental processes, although only to
       other BrainPals. A BrainPal allows a CDF soldier to operate BP
       technology by thought alone. A BP rifle for example can only be
       used by someone with a BrainPal, but functions off of pure
       thought and doesn't require physical action to activate.
