       History: Hailing from Thailand, Citrix was an incredibly

       quantum mechanics to me and how our thoughts create energy, if
       you've a strong enough belief system it might just come true.
       Citrix thought this was bullshit, but he decided to give it a
       try since the almighty Owl had suggested. As Citrix was being
       experimented on, his Tesla gun spontaneously fired off just as
       Owl was attempting to create the genetic mutation and the
       electricity/energy within it became one with Citrix's DNA, to
       the point where he could manipulate it and use it to enhance his
       muscle synapses, to increase his reflexes, speed, strength,
       healing ability, and not to mention the ability to manipulate
       the electricity field. Anything containing electricity. ( So
       basically, as the experimentation was going on, when Owl was
       attempting to implant his own DNA into Citrix to give him a
       regenerative factor, the tesla gun sparked and it synergized
       with Owl's DNA just as it was being implanted into Citrix and it
       caused a bizarre mutation. )
       
       ITEMS: A sword used as a medium to his electricity. Invented
       Digistruct technology is the technique of having a digital
       blueprint of an item, person, or creature that allows for it to
       be built on demand. The exact nature of digistructing is
       uncertain, as while items are seemingly digitally constructed
       they behave more like real matter than holograms or even some
       imitation material. Items scanned by a digistructing device,
       person or device or even currency like dollars and eridium
       ingots are deconstructed and stored in a specialized storage
       systems ranging from planet wide terminals to personal backpack
       units.
       Digistructing device, anything stored into it can be replicated.
       TRAITS: Overcharge Reaction; whenever emotionalized, and it can
       be controlled to be used passively. He can have an outburst of
       electricity surge from him, not at an unlimited rate. But at the
       point where it can fill people with amps of electricity.
