[AFFILIATION]: Unknown. Various groups have claimed her in the
past but she always seems to work alone.
[LANGUAGES]: She has been heard speaking Japanese and German
fluently and has been heard singing in French and Spanish. Her
English appears to be shaky from some of her grammatically
questionable things she has written in English.
[RELATIVES]: Unknown but she is theorized to come from a place
of power and wealth given how she has avoided trouble with the
law so far.
[TROPHIES]: Has on occasion won awards for her large
murals/graffiti.
[NOTES]: She always wears a black Oni mask with bright, golden
teeth. The mask appears to disrupt electronics as pictures and
videos of her face end up distorted. It also appears to give
her voice a hypnotic quality.
There is also a fairly prominent white hat hacker known as
Ibaraki. It is unknown if they are the same individual.

has been revealed to have long haired that is tied up when her
hood has fallen. She also sings beautifully.

[ADDICTIONS]: Unknown but given her actions, she appears to at
least be somewhat of an adrenaline junkie.

History: The notorious Ibaraki, darling of the Editosphere.
Beginning in 2197, Ibaraki made her debut, climbing the former
Regenschirm skyscraper, attacting media attention from all over
the world, turning the building into a giant screen, and
projecting memos detailing a decade of unethical mutant
experimentation by the Regenschirm group. She then evaded an
army of police and vanished into the night.
Since then, Ibaraki has not reached the heights of toppling a
megacorporation but she has exposed enough corrupt officials and
institutions to maintain her reputation as a force for good.
She also paints large murals to be discovered, often with a
political message to them. The murals are sometimes preserved
and sold at a high price, with the profits going to a charitable
trust set up in Ibaraki‘s name.
Recently, there have been rumors of Ibaraki planning something
big, something to match the fall of Regenschirm. While it is
just a rumor, individuals and organizations with dark secrets
sleep a little less easy.
