       History: Long before she was a hacker, Juliet was among the
       thousands of children who were left orphaned in the aftermath of
       the South American Diaspora Crisis. She grew up lonely and poor,
       having to work her way to get anywhere in life. At a desperate
       point in her life, she went into prostitution, selling her body
       in order to make money to help her best friend at the time
       survive.
       At some point, one of Juliet's 'customers' refused to take no
       for an answer. He pushed her to a wall, and unzipped his pants.
       In a panic as the evil man had begun attempted ****, Juliet
       managed to overpower him with a push. This panic and desperation
       led to while being the first to ever tap into the Data flow. She
       killed him with a gruesome fatal hack by accident. She knew the
       cops wouldn't believe some prostitute, and also that she would
       probably get arrested and perhaps even go to prison for all
       this, so she fled and went off the radar, hiding, leaving her
       money and items to her best friend.
       Learning of her new hacking ability on the world itself, Juliet
       took to the underground to help others stand up to the man.
       After she was taken in by Mexico's Los Muertos gang, she aided
       it in its self-styled revolution against the government. Los
       Muertos believed that the rebuilding of Mexico had primarily
       benefited the rich and the influential, leaving behind those who
       were most in need of assistance which was part of what caused
       the South American Diaspora Crisis.
       At some point during one of her missions, Juliet's constant
       usage of the new found-self hacking corrupted her and caused her
       to become a mutant. On October 11th, 2117, her mutant was killed
       in the first mission ever by ZED.
