       Absolute Order
By: Chente Date: November 19, 2021, 10:14 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       Rank: S
       Type: Anti-Rule
       Range: All
Judas's unique feature, which became Rupert due to the nature of
his creation. It allows the user, through a thought, to place a
single unbending rule on anything, within any range they wish
(from molecular to planetary to conceptual to imaginary). Up to
three rules is the maximum for Absolute Order, however both
Judas and Rupert limit themselves to 1 Rule at a time. The rules
function via probability and reality-manipulation more then a
conceptual manipulation; the results of this clashing with the
metaphysical is unknown (but likely based on rank difference).
The main ability Rupert uses it for is to make himself
untouchable; anything that he does not want to touch or effect
him moves at a speed inverse of how close it is to him,
preventing them from coming close on an atomic level.
He can also use it to break enchantments by placing a rule on
top of them, effectively acting as a 'law 0' that disregards any
       other rules.

Absolute Order requires an amount of mana pertinent to the sheer
power of the rule and its range, and it cannot directly cause a
loss of life or harm to a target. The amount of power that can
be gained/given/taken through absolute Order is also limited,
based on the users own mana reserves. When Rupert was christened
by His Highness, he became strong enough to handle using
Absolute Order for larger commands, but he still avoids using it
       for more obscene commands.
When compared to Compound, the two unique features end up
       completely cancelling each other.
