Noroi Clan

The Noroi clan is a shinobi-based clan that is almost extinct
based in sentian. Members of the noroi clan are famous for their
doujutsu which is called Jugan. In their prime, they were known
as demons of violent eyes who roamed the land searching for
battles to satisfy their blood lust. It wasn't until an unknown
civil war broke out between Noroi and the Faze clan That lasted
10 bloody years that they were mostly wiped out. The battle
known simply as judgment day left the faze clan nearly extinct
as well, the surviving members went into hiding while a few
chose to go out in a blazing death to satisfy their intense
blood lust.
Members of the Noroi Clan are natural-born warriors, their
bodies are made up of enhanced genetics that differs from others
which allows them to utilize both Dark mana and mana They
possess large amounts of superhuman durability, due to their
high affinity with chakra control they utilize a certain
technique only passed down through the Noroi Clan. In which they
can use it offensively and defensively to strengthen their skin.
Although they are humans and share the same lifespan as them.
Their natural lifespan itself is longer than others, as a
fighting-hungry clan many tend to die in battle. They age much
slower than others as they are still young even at the age of
50-70 years of age still within their prime. Even their physical
development differs from others so much that a child from the
Noroi Clan at the age of 12 would look like they're 5-7 years of
age. Afraid of producing a hybrid, many from the clan tend to
prefer to artificially incubate their offspring that are kept in
an incubation chamber.
The Noroii Clan are feared for their dojutsu kekkei genkai,the
Jugan. They can use their Jugan to see chakra in different
colors based on its influence,utilize dark chakra,cast various
Jujutsu,and even read and copy opponent's seals; that goes
within the category of fuinjutsu. The Jugan is such a versatile
ability that not many can wield it that are outside of the clan.

The Jugan is a unique dōjutsu that is awakened by the
members of the Noroi Clan. The dōjutsu is violet in colour
with a darkened sclera and visible slit pupil with seals
circling around it.
When a wielder of this kekkei genkai experiences a powerful wave
of hate,or rather anger..one will begin to feel a strange
emergence of chakra radiating to their eyes;causing them to feel
a wave of heat as their brain releases a special form of chakra
that affects the optic nerves, transforming their eyes into the
Jugan. When the eyes are activated,the seal kept upon their
third-eye chakra point,releases allowing the usage of Dark
Chakra.
On numerous occasions normally after first acquiring this power,
the user's will begin to gain headaches as their eyes are
currently being overstressed by the new found prowess which is
hard for one to contain by themselves. As beforehand..when the
child is born undergoing the clan's ritual. They will then feel
a surge of power coursing through their veins as the seal takes
form. In the first awakening stage one does not have complete
control over their actions which only lasts for about 1-2
minutes before the wielder is sent into an unconscious state.
The Jugan grants the user two broad abilities: "Eye of
Enlightenment" and "Eye of Imprecation" The abilities aren't
restricted to certain eyes,however it can only be used to its
fullest ability when both eyes are united. Thus the wielder is
granted abilities such as:
"Eye of Enlightenment"
1. The user is granted incredible photographic capabilities,
enabling one to read, and copy any movement and speech-related
technique. As long as the user can see the process of the
technique being applied, used,or in more advanced cases just at
first glance when activated. Regardless of the speed of
performance, so long as the hands signs or movement are not
physically hidden from view. However, just because they can copy
these things, a Jugan wielder must have the chakra capacity and
capability to recreate the seal/action, otherwise once copied
and used it'll drain one's chakra into unconsciousness.
"Eye of Imprecation"
1.The user can perform what is generically called Jujutsu: Jugan
as there are various manifestations and purposes of the ability,
the better known one is to, through physical or eye contact by
unleashing a wave of darkness and upon physical contact to which
the darkness will then merge within the victim. Allowing the
user can then inflict symptoms or actions to a target as the
user sees fit. In extreme cases,the Jugan user can take control
over their victims 5 senses forcing them to do exactly as the
manipulator wishes. Whenever it is used, visually the Jugan's
design appears in the target's eye. (think genjutsu)
2. The user's left eye is granted the ability to manipulate an
extremely Dark Chakra to create, shape and manipulate
darkness,both as an absence of void and a solid substance to
create constructs and weapons. While the right eye allows one to
summon a dark aura stored within their Ajna chakra throughout
their body. Thus with these abilities,between both eyes one does
not need to have absolute perfect chakra control to keep it
sustained
Possessing the Jugan makes one largely invulnerable to seals,
and even genjutsu as their acute vision allows them to see its
irregularities to determine how to release it.
The jugan has three stages of maturity which evolve under
emotional growth gaining a tomoe upon maturing up to three
increasing the power of the eye with each evolution.
Jigoku Jugan

is an advanced form of the Jugan that can be rarely activated
by one member of the clan;. Due to the fact not many had
survived the trail the awakening brought upon them. As such they
are noted to be the "Cursed eyes that annihilate the light in
darkness
A Jigoku Jugan is distinguished from a normal Jugan by its
appearance, which changes the form of black seal into a shape of
a black pentagram shaped around their pupil. It is initially
awakened by the trauma suffered from witnessing the death of a
friend or family member experiencing both Love, Death, and Pain.
This causes the user to go on a rampage, seeking destruction and
death for those around the user in a way which drives the user
to the edge of madness and beyond,thus said to never return to
sanity if they fail to do so,the awakening eyes will explode
killing the user in the process. According to legend “ it is
because one has not shown great promise to control their wrath
and keep it at bay as that is their sin which kills them.”
Use of the dōjutsu gradually decreases the user's eyesight
and life force to the point of blindness and death. A
devastating fate for those that have grown accustomed to the
power it gives. As such,only by transplanting the eyes of
another Tatari can the user then regain their sight,ocular
powers,and life energy back. This process takes several days and
nights for a complete recovery, and not only permanently
restores the recipient's eyesight, and life energy but also
boosts their own ocular power with that of the donor's,
signified by the intertwined appearance of their seals shaping
into another pentagram shadowing the other with tomoe's in the
center of each triangle,including the epic center. This new
found power eye is called: "The Divination Jigoku Jugan

The Jigoku Jugan retains all of the Jugan's generic abilities
while also enhancing them further than before. As such the user
now has the ability to see leylines,nexus points where natural
energies and chakra collide. The user has the ability to block
off these points from reaching a certain point by cutting those
lines with their own chakra,creating a barrier that negates even
natural energy from penetrating it.
In addition to these, the Jigoku grants powerful abilities that
differ from user to user as well as the access to utilize Oni
which requires both eyes to be united together otherwise,their
Oni will be half until the eye is returned if it is destroyed
then so will their Oni be gone forever.
Oni
Oni is a gigantic,demon-avatar made of the user's chakra,soul
and life energy which surrounds them and fights on their behalf.
It is the strongest ability available to those who have awakened
the Jigoku Jugan in both eyes.
When unleashed,Oni forms around the user spouting from their
back and becomes an extension of their will,acting and attacking
on their own behalf,having the ability to speak and communicate
with the outside world
Oni is depicted as an effective defense,being able to
distinguish what it blocks,as even the user is able to perform
jutsu while the Oni is active and the attacks will pass through
without hindrance or damage. When Oni is at its maximum it can
be used as a protective structure to protect those near the user
and effectively attack at the same time.
An Oni and the user can not be stripped away from each other,as
they are connected through bodily means.
