[APPEARANCE]: Long brown hair tied back in a braid, blue eyes,
light skin. Her outfit is a faded blue utility jacket over a
gray shirt, along with a black backpack, loose gray pants,
goggles, and combat boots. Her jacket and boots are insulated
with rubber, increasing her resistance to electricity.

Physical & Spiritual Prowess - Charlotte's stamina and lifeforce
are fairly resilient. Her body regenerates wounds at an
accelerated rate, being able to shrug off otherwise fatal damage
in some situations. However, her most notable trait has always
been his excellent energy to effect ratio-- she can get the most
out of small movements and spells.
Wizardry - Her specialty is within the school of Transmutation,
and shes equally aspected to the elements of ice (from her
advent) and wind (naturally). Her signature spell, Flashfreeze,
instantly freezes the molecules in a zone of air, by transmuting
the amount of heat and oxygen. She can spawn flashfreezes within
ten meters of himself.
Other skills - Tracking, good at finding people. During his time
adventuring, Charlotte acquired a helpful knack for picking
locks of all shapes and sizes on the fly.
Personality: Charlotte is mischevious and playful, constantly
full of energy and desiring both adventure and fun.
History- Charlotte was born in a mountainous Sarrz tribe full of
caves and mines. Her parents were jewelers, and ever since she
was little she had a love for treasure, especially gemstones.
Some of her earliest memories are of her sneaking into the mines
and through the mountains in search of those glittering rocks.
This love of jewels combined with her fondness for adventure led
to her becoming a treasure hunter. Her goal is to build a
museum filled with all of the gemstones that she’s found
throughout her travels. At one point she would discover she was
a advent and flee for her life, deciding she wanted no part in
the war. A free spirt she would go on to live a nomadic life of
danger and thrill hunting exotic treasures while dodgeing
capature.

Traits- Mana Reiforcment (passive) (3) Charlotte while nible is
pretty fail compared to normal standards to counter act her
weakness she learned how to use her mana to reinforce her body
making it sturdier and faster.
Transmuation Mastery B- (8) Charlotte is better than most at
her school of magic often peferering to use transmuation to
change aspects of her body but mainly her into those of snakes,
After taking a vow and putting resitctions on herself she was
able to permanently turn her hair into snakes, However if she
fails to upkeep the vow a powerful curse would be inflicted on
her possibly ending her life.

Techiquies (4) Viper's Gaze :
The user polymorphs there hair into a black snake with purple
eyes and that is shoulder hair length but can extend till 3
meters. If someone makes eye contact with the snake they are
paralyzed in its gaze and cant move .To keep up the effect the
snake must keep eye contact with the victim .
Conditions :
1. The ability can't activate if the hair isn't around shoulder
length
2. The user must give the snake a break of about 1 minute every
10 minutes.
3. The snake cant do damage.
4. Eye contact is a must.
Petrifying venom: The snake focuses some aura and bites/spits
at someone freezing them for 10 seconds.
Conditions -
1. The venom takes 1-second form
Headshot- She is is a incirbebile skilled archer able to snipe
people from miles
Kurtz Blitz- A technique she stole after witnessing general
zastan on the battlefield while she hasnt perfected it she still
likes to use it as it matchs her fighting style.
Due to her spending extensive time in caves and the underground,
her eyes have become sensitive to bright light, weakening her
vision in very bright areas. This weakness is not a 2 is because
she carries with her a pair of goggles to protect her eyes.
