       "The year is 2199 A.D. Humanity has ascended from its mortal
       frame: entering a world of their own creation, the world of
       virtual. During the apocalypse of 2050, the ASCENSION program
       was finalized and completed, resulting in the finest 0.1% of
       Humanity ascending to the virtual world: dubbed the Editosphere.
       Held on a large mechanical mass that would float through space,
       powered by Solar energy, the Editosphere was a digital world
       that was the best replica possible of the old tangible one. As
       far as the survivors on the Editosphere and their children knew,
       the real, old world was nothing but cosmic dust at this point"

       Log Horizon, Detroit: Become Human, SOMA, X-COM, Nier, Voltron,
       Warframe.)
