       I am on for about four to five hours a day giving me a lot of
       time to build projects.
       My building skills are good, when I work on faction homes, but
       my real skill is when I create a home for one or two people.
       With that in mind, I can create natural looking waterfalls,
       ponds, and other scenery wanted.
       When I work on some projects though, i.e. a courtyard, I need to
       take my time, and be very precise in my measurements.
       For normal materials, i.e. wood, cobble, stone, etc., I would
       charge about 2.5k/hr
       For high end materials, i.e. obsidian, bricks, netherrack, etc.,
       I would charge about 5k/hr
       Any other materials, i.e. ore blocks, I would charge about
       7-10k/hr, just because the blocks are very expensive and hard to
       come by.
       I would probably NOT do redstone, due to its complex usage, but
       if needed, I would find a friend or willing player and split the
       payment in half with him/her.
       Payments on redstone, if done, would be 500 for every 10 blocks
       with redstone on it.
