Hello MrMan, I have another suggestion :D
Sorry I impose so many suggestions on you guys :-\
Anyway this isn't necessarily a plugin but a change to a plugin.
You should look into allowing members+ to use certain commands
that as of now only moderators+ can use but charging a fee to
use it such as the repair command. I can't really think of any
other commands off the top of my head that moderators+ can use
that member+ users should be able to without breaking the
structure of the game but I'm sure you may know of a few.
Mostly I just care about the /repair command because it would
definitely be nice for people to be able to repair their own
stuff and it would slightly reduce the work load of the staff to
be able to deal with other needs/wants of the users of the
server. Not only that but it sometimes sucks when using say, an
enchanted pick and having to stop because you need repairs and
there is no staff online to repair it or they are so busy at the
time they don't really have a chance to repair it for you.
Just an idea ofc.

Yes, I think the /m command should be available aswell to
members.
