       Anubis' Building/Housing Loan Company

       Unlike other building companies that charge by the hour I intend
       to run mine differently.
       Note to admins: I do not want creative mode considering I will
       be running my company differently.
       My company is less about large projects and more about simple
       user housing or general buildings.
       You can either provide the building materials or pay me with a
       10% markup fee to gather the materials myself. Prices are not
       set in stone and as such I request that you contact me either
       here or in game and tell me what you are looking to have built.
       I will provide a price estimate based on materials needed, size
       and complexity of the structure.
       On to the housing loan portion of my company:
       When purchasing a building from me if you are unable to afford
       my prices for any reason I may (at my discretion) give you a
       loan in which I will use my own money to pay for the material
       and the work. All loans must be paid back within a 1 week time
       period. If after one week you fail to pay off your loan you will
       be charged a 5% per day interest fee. Each day the interest will
       be recalculated on the amount you owe also known as compound
       interest (see:

       )
       If after 3 weeks time you have not paid off at least 50% of your
       outstanding balance I will repossess the building (with the help
       of an admin more than likely) and you will not get it back until
       you have paid off the entire remaining balance. At the 3 week
       mark your interest will freeze so no new interest will be
       accrued (this is where I'm being lenient).
       I will also be selling prebuilt structures in another thread
       once I have several for sale. They will be for sale or rent.

       without prior warning. Anyone registered with me before any
       changes will keep their current deal or in the case of loans may
       opt in to changing their deal with me to the new conditions.*
