       Informations about starting building and banking companies

       Players can now start their own building or banking companies.
       Start a topic and choose one of them and inform them how much
       you're loaning out and how much it costs to hire a builder and
       if you feel scammed, take a screenshot and send it to a manager
       (3+) and you'll get a full refund and the scammer will get a
       suitable punishment. Banking companies is only for the players
       that owns alot of ingame money, you can loan players money and
       decide how much time he has until he needs to pay the money
       back. Building companies is for those whos good at building. Pay
       them for example 1 hour and they'll build you what ever you
       want.
