How would you describe the above avatar to someone?

Let's say... you saw a person or a few people and you want to
describe him/her/it to a friend, so that you can go and try to
find him/her/it.
IMPORTANT RULE: you must have an avatar to be able to
participate. Animated avatars are allowed.
I'll make an example, of course, using random gallery pics
instead of avatars.
The "avatars" will always be in the quotes, of course.

With that out of the way, let's begin, shall we~?
EDIT:
New rule: no back-and-forth going.
Example:
Kushagra posts, then KarjamP posts, Kushagra posts again, then
KarjamP posts again... This isn't allowed.
However:
Kushagra posts, Shane posts, KarjamP posts, Kushagra posts, Dr.
Time posts, I post, Kushagra posts... This is allowed.
Also, it must be detailed.
Think of it as you describing the above avatar to a blindfolded
person. ;)

A Gardevoir with a lot of green. It is smiling. It has red eyes
and scares me somewhat.
