       Felicia Lovewatch is a girl from Elvania, and also a member of a
       group calling themselves the Gasmasked Girls. Her signature
       weapon is the Heartblade, a dagger shaped like a heart. She uses
       love gas to distract her foes, before she strikes with her
       deadly dagger. In addition to controlling the element of Heart,
       she also controls time.
       She grew up being the Arilarian government's "secret weapon",
       but defected. After running for her life, she joined the group.
