       [SCS] / [TB] Tifa Mirai

       Tifa is a young pixie from Juno, who, like her friend Keira, has
       an obsession for gas masks, stockings, gloves and harmful gases.
       She controls ice, however, but she tends to make a mist so cold
       that people may freeze to death. She likes reality warping
       people a lot.
       APPEARANCE:
       Her hair is red and reaches her shoulders. Her eyes are blue.
       She either wears her school uniform or an outfit similar to
       Keira's.
       Her school uniform consists of a white blouse, a red miniskirt,
       black thigh-high stockings, black shoes, and a red hairband.
       Her dark outfit consists of black flower barrettes and a black
       headband, but every now and then she will wear a gas mask as
       well. She wears a black silk scarf around her neck, a black top
       with a black jacket, black elbow-length gloves, black silk
       stockings and black stiletto heels. She uses two poisoned
       dagger. She also wears a ring of poison immunity, and an oxygen
       mask when she doesn't wear her gas mask.
