       1. Allways do what Higher ranks saing( unless they abusing)
       2. Allways protect civilians( even if it's mean sucrefice
       yoruself)
       3. if you helping civilian ignore all othere things till you
       done
       4. Dont abuse your powers as NOOSE
       5. If one of your teammates abuse, report him to the leader
       6. Never Dm (even crinimals)
       7. Allways ask premission for take special vehicles
       8. Allways listen to orders of higher ranks
       9. Dont command on Members of other factions even if they lower
       ranks then you
       10. Do everythign for protect our nation!
       Who will  not lsiten to this rules will get a foul, 3 fouls and
       you are out
