       Have you ever been in an another Depertmant(faction.?) Yes , I
       was FBI Agent.
       Why do you want to join NOOSE? Because I want to help my Country
       and keep the civilians of San Andreas safe.
       What is NOOSE job in San Andreas? Certain people have twisted
       what I have said into "NOOSE are no longer allowed in Los Santos
       or San Fierro" and this is not what I have said. I have made it
       clear to the faction leaders as of now that they are not to act
       - in the literal sense like "cops". NOOSE has in-character
       contracts with the San Andreas Government permitting them to do
       combat patrol in the City of Los Santos and San Fierro when they
       so please.
