       I can't login with my password

       when i join the server the box comes up to put in my password i
       enter it hit ok then it closes then opens again and asks me for
       my password i enter my password yet again press ok/enter and it
       says server closed connection and another box opens i enter my
       password in their it closes and nothing happens PIZ
       HELP!!!!!!!!!!
