The rule breaker:Troy Nelson
The rule(s) they broke:He MG,Abused his Faction,OOC Lie
More Information: He Asked my friend Shiro Marzette while they
were in VIP Lounge (OOC AREA) If he wants to Join Police,He said
Yes,
Then he told him to Follow him inside his Helicopter so Troy
Took him to a place he Tazed and Cuff my friend Shiro, (BTW
Shiro is a Newbie i invited him)
Troy Detained Shiro to his Helicopter,then he went to San Fierro
in a Big Building he asked Shiro to give him Money in attempt to
let him go,Shiro said No,So Troy got went to Blueberry and gave
him a last chance to pay him in attempt to let him go.
Shiro Said No for Second Time and Troy Jailed Shiro for no
Reason.

I Seen Troy ask him(His friend) right in front of the vip club
"do you want to be a cop" and he said "yes" troy told him get in
the car....I think That your friend should have not believe him
because It could have been a scam But he thought OH troy a
admin/helpers/modorator he will make me cop so you fell for
it.BUT TROY WAS SUPPOSE TO BE RPing A NORMAL PERSON ...HE NOT
POLICE CHIEF SO HE CANT JUST MAKE YOU A COP.
Thats were I believe admins/helpers/Moderator Should not play As
a regular person because they can get people confused.They aslo
have more power than others.
If they want to RP on the server they should have a RPing
account.--SO THAT OTHER PLAYEYS DO GET CONFUSED OR ABUSED.
