       Complaint agaisnt Max Payne

       In game name: My is Dimitri Vallakov his is Max Payne
       date of incident: 17/06/2012
       Staff name: Max Payne
       Problem: He jailed me for dm and asspull witch i did but only
       because he PGed if he breaks server rules i break server rules.
       Yes i did contact an admin but no admin was on.
       Resolution you seek: I would like him jailed and for him to lose
       his moderator.
       Oh he said he CKed me he didnt he jailed me and im not gonna
       change my name for his PG
