Basic information about yourself

How long have you been in Los Santos: (( Level ))
10-11
EXTENDED INFORMATION
Extended information about yourself, life
and residency within San Andreas.
Past Employment:
San Andreas State Guards
Past LEO Experience: (( Faction(s) - Rank ))
no faction
Educational Graduations:
Primary and Extended grades in Los Santos Main Law School and
Los Santos Police Academy
Why do you wish to join the Federal Bureau of Investigations:
There's nothing for me to achieve in LSPD. After a month of
coordinating entire Department it's hard to go back on the
streets and deal with daily 911 calls. I prefer something more
demanding.
Why do you think you suit the Federal Bureau of Investigations:
My whole duty in LSPD was based on undercover divisions like CID
and SIU. I'd been comandeering those units until my first
transfer into the Bureau. Because of unbearable personal
problems I had to concentrate on my other aspect of life. Now
everything's settled and I wish to try the work at FBI again.
Why should we accept you instead of any of the other applicants:
I'm highly experienced LEO. For over one year I've been dealing
with every kind of crime or endangerment. I couldn't learn more
from anything than investigations at the Bureau, which I hope
I'll have a chance to lead.
What skills do you posses that is a plus if you're going to join
the Federal Bureau of Investigation:
A service in the Army left me with quite a few skills with
flying aerial vehicles. LSPD SIU teached me how to go undercover
and not reveal yourself to anyone. From my position at the SAST
I managed to learned how to lead and coordinate a 20+ group of
men.
Are you currently employed by the Los Santos Police Department:
Yes
If yes, who is your employer(s) and how long have you been in
the service:
Only a couple of days, Shinji Li (( dont know his actual name
ICly ))
Have you ever been affiliated with any illegal
organizations/gangs in San Andreas?
No
If yes, how did you get out of that organization/gang?

Tell us a little about yourself: (( BIO || Minimum 500 words ))
I was born on March 12th in one of the hospitals in Melbourne.
The city didn't become familiar to me after all, because shortly
after we moved to New Zealand. We've been living there for a
short period of time, about five years or so. Durning that time,
my brother was born. As for my parents, my father was a pilot,
and could find an employment anywhere that time. It was a few
years before the fall of the Wall, when we decided to move
again. Since I'd finished my primary school, I could continue
the education somewhere else. This time, we went straight for
the States. I'm not sure why we've chosen San Andreas. I think
it might be because of my father's workmates. Each time he was
coming back home, he seemed to be more assured in the decision
of moving there.>
Unfortunatley, shortly after we moved in a house near Temple in
Los Santos, we heard about the Wall and that USSR has fallen.
"Unfortunatley", not because of political reasons, but rather
the social ones. Shortly after, tonnes of illeagal firearms have
flooded the black market. The trades were made so often, you
could see at least one a day. Of course most of the customers
were afilliated with gangs or other organized crime groups, but
that made things even worse. More and more police cars were
responding to calls every day. Sometimes it was getting so loud
because of the sirens, you couldn't hear the TV. I finished high
school by then, and it was the time for me to choose, whenether
I want to carry on with my life or decide on a job. It occured
to me someday, that I'd like to know the law better. Since I
didn't have any idea of my future, it seemed to be the best way
to finally get one.
Those were hard years of studying, learning and studying again.
The situation on streets didn't change one bit. Right then,
after by graduation, my parents decided on another move, this
time to Liberty City. They said that it's too dangerous in
Santos, and both San Fierro and Las Venturas are probably run by
the mafia as well. As for me...well, it was hard to leave this
city. Everytime I considered moving with my family, it was
turning out not to be that great idea. What would happen if I
couldn't find a job in Liberty? After all, if I didn't find it
in here, I could carry on and move there. Apparently, it's not
what was meant to happen.
It was a day like any other. I was meeting my friend from the
university, Nash. As we were passing by the Pershing Square, we
noticed Los Santos Police Departament's announcement on an open
recruitment to the Police Academy. We somehow made up our minds,
and five minutes later we found ourselves Academy's application
tests. Since we both studied law, our knowledge was extended
enough to let us try the physical part of a job as a policeman.
It took us about three years to graduate with both primary and
advanced levels. As we went out of the Academy's walls, we had
only one destination left. We rushed towards the LSPD station,
and shortly after arrival, we have filled up the application
forms. One week or so later, we have been accepted in Force, and
officially became Law Enforcement Officers.
Hard time we had in the beginning. Though I've met a lot of
people like me, which made things a lot easier. I didn't have to
wait long for my first promotion. The work was a pleasure to me
at the beginning. When I noticed it's not that much of a fun
anymore, I began to understand the true idea of a policeman. The
job was becoming more dirty, ugly and nasty than the day before.
But since I had my friends by my side, especially Nash, it
wasn't much of a problem...
For the next 10 years I'd be fired twice. It became clear to me
that some officers, or some people, don't care about other's
career. More to it, they would actually want for someone to be
fired. But, I never doubted in justice, and both times I managed
to prove myself not guilty. But before I had a chance for that,
I'd come up with an idea of trying out my long time passion: the
Army. The National Guard was recruiting every skilled and
trusted man, so I made it in without bigger problems. It didn't
take me a lot of time to finally get promoted for an Air
Marshall of San Andreas State Air Force, which my father is
still proud of.
Since I'd wanted to test myself in more professional envoirment,
I thought it would be the best decision to try my luck in the
Federal Bureau of Investigation. I applied for it once I left
Fort Carson. Eventually I was accepted, and started off as an
agent. Unfortunatley, it didn't take long to expell me from the
Bureau because of minor activity in its interest.
After summing up, I'd thought all that time in the army and law
enforcement has teached me a lot about the importance of human
life. I'm hoping to learn more about this important matter,
entering LSFMD and deciding myself on as hard fight for lives of
others as it was back in the day. But, two days have passed, and
I found myself unemployed again. I've decided to quit the
medical services, because of unbelivably huge number of
attempted robberies on EMTs. Since so far I've been partly
working for the Goverment, and the opportunity of working in the
Senate itself never occured to me before, I've decided to give
my best shot at it. Eventually, I made my way to the City Hall's
recruitment offices. I've spent few weeks in Hall's security
detail, before I got the call. Luke Shiels, my friend and former
Chief, decided to revive State Police Department, which I joined
almost immediatley as a Corporal. After few weeks I eventually
made it to the position of the Colonel of SAST, which I've been
for a month or so. I feel like I fulfilled my duty. I payed my
people enough, and appreciated their good job as noticeably as I
could. Then, due to the order of the President, the Department
got shot down again. Me and my men have been thrown into LSPD
ranks, but that's not how I want it to stay, as for now. I've
decided to do my best and try my luck at the Bureau for the
second time.
