       Life biography (Minimum of 150 words) My name is Dimitri
       Vallakov i grew up on the Russian side of Liberty City. Me and
       my parents lived in a small apartment room. When i was old
       enough I gathered all my money and went to university and
       studied criminology once i turned 18 i got my gun license and I
       loved shooting, I loved all the tactics involved with military
       exercises. But i didn't want to join the army there was to much
       risk involved and i didn't want to deal with going over seas for
       years at a time. Then i found out about a N.O.O.S.E and it
       seemed perfect for me. I love helping people and saving lives so
       this seemed perfect but the only problem was that the position
       was in San Andreas so i talked to my parents and close friends
       about it and they said that i should go for it. So i bought the
       first ticket to San Andreas I arrived in LS airport as soon as i
       got there i was robbed by a man with a gun as he pointed the gun
       at me I grabbed it and turned it on him and performed a citizens
       arrest ever since then i wanted to be in N.O.O.S.E. The thrill i
       got from arresting that first person felt really good, It was
       like I was making a difference.
