       ---------------------------------------------------------
hello my name is Don wilson i wanna be Chife advisor or Server
moderator and i know all the ruels and i know all Rp like this
RP - Roleplay, developing and acting with a fictional character
created by the player playing the character. The morals,
background, biography, values etc. are defined by the player who
develops the character. Normally roleplay also involves
following a set of rules to keep the roleplay as realistic as
possible, but without ruining the entrrtainment value from it.
       Example -
Making a character named James Williams, developing a biography
and background story for the character, all of his physical
details etc., then roleplaying according to his personality.
       James would be a short-tempered, triggerhappy ex-soldier, he'd
probably end up firing his gun first in a confrontation with
weapons, but such roleplay needs to be kept within limits, since
you can't just go around shooting everyone, because roleplaying
various mental considerations, ex. fear, is very essential to
       high-quality roleplay.
IC - In Character, everything related to the world where
characters developed by players are being roleplayed, having a
conversation or other actions that are not related to the actual
humans playing the characters, but instead the characters
       themselves.
OOC - Out of Character, everything related to the real life
world. Writing the actions of your characters (/me, /do) are
normally considered out of character, as realistically there
aren't floating letters describing the actions of each
character, but considering the limitations of SAMP (that doesn't
allow animations to be performed for every possible action etc.)
       - /me and /do are used. Although SAMP does allow, for example,
fighting to be done without /me's, but it's a common practice to
use them in a highly roleplayed fight, to give a fair chance to
both sides to fully show their creativity and win the fight with
       creative and detailed actions.
RK - Revenge Kill(-ing), attacking/killing (or in any way doing
anything againist the attacker for the actions he commited
resulting in your OOC death/IC hospitalization) someone in
revenge for him previously killing you. Upon getting killed -
you lose 30 minute memory and all memory about the killer
killing you, so there's no way you'd realistically be able to
       revenge the killer.
PG - Powergaming, unrealistically forcing your actions upon
others (for ex. - /me hits Ty in his face with a bat, then
requesting him to respond to your action as if it would be
successful, without giving time or chance for the other "party"
to respond (in a good RP situation players tend to leave out the
"/do Any resistance, /do Reaction? etc." part, but it's
recommended to add it after every action and give the other side
at least 20-30 seconds to respond, otherwise you might get
complained for powergaming, as not everyone in the server tends
to understand that good RP doesn't require a spam of "/do Any
       resistance?" after every action)).
       Examples -
       - Roleplaying taking out a M4 from your pocket.
       - /eject'ing someone from your vehicle without any roleplay
(even if it's a newbie - it can get you prisoned).
       - Roleplaying surviving a kilometer long fall into open sea
after being badly beaten up and swimming back to coast.
Non-RP Behavior - this is a general term for doing anything
completely unrealistic or non-roleplay. It's hard to define it,
as a lot of unrealistic actions are being committed on the
server that aren't punishable, but using common sense normally
helps (and number #1 tip is - ask if you're unsure, we have
       /newb, /joinhelp, /requesthelp etc. for a reason).
       Examples -
       - Driving through a large police roadblock with spike strips
deployed at full speed, ramming anyone in your way (can be
       defined as Car Ramming aswell).
       - Flying a chopper unrealistically, for example a few meters
above a large crowd in middle of a public area (can be defined
       as Non-RP flying as well).
       - Not roleplaying any kind of fear in a situation where it's
unrealistic to not fear (for example if you're unarmed, sitting
in a vehicle, having 8 guns from police officers pointed at you
and you instead of complying decide to calmly complain about the
       quality of police work).
       - Raiding a police station, heavily guarded army base, FBI
       headquarters, Fire Department headquarters etc.
government/faction owned buildings that realistically would be
heavily guarded (raiding SANews HQ would be non-RP behavior as
well, unless the raiders have a proper goal and valid RP reason
for raiding it, such as a news reporter slandering a group of
people over a live report etc.).
MG - Metagaming, using OOC information (such as a nametag above
head, OOCly written information in forums etc.) for IC purposes,
also includes mixing OOC and IC chats (such as saying "hey mnan
admin sir " in character). Using various restricted
abbreviations (such as "lol" (laughing out loud/lot of laugh
etc.), "wtf" (what the fuck), "u" (you), "y" (why), abbrevations
like NOOSE, LSPD etc. are permitted, as they are realistically
used) and smilies in IC chats/radios etc. is also considered
metagaming, known as "mixing OOC/IC" in other RP servers.
       Examples -
       - "How do you know my name?" - "It's written above your head."
       - "hey mnan where u get that skin mnan?"
[metagaming phrases/words indicated in red in example #2]
DM - Deathmatching, killing/attacking someone without a valid RP
reason. This includes killing/attacking someone for minor
reasons, such as someone looking at you, complimenting you,
giving a minor insult (it could be justified to kill someone for
insulting you, but honestly that's going over the top - you
should at least threaten the person insulting you and instead of
just killing straight away, try to roleplay it somehow by ICly
assaulting the person using a melee weapon etc.) etc.
       Example -
John Doe walks up to you and smiles, while offering you to take
a pamphlet about the history of San Andreas. You take out your
weapon and immediately shoot him dead on the spot, claiming
       you're foreign.
KOS - Kill(-ing) on Sight, normally included in the
deathmatching definition for most servers - separate term in
this server, it stands for attacking or killing someone with no
or minimal roleplay involved, or without interacting with the
person beforehand and attaining a reason in that conversation
       etc.
Just because you see your enemy on the horizon doesn't mean you
should instantly kill the person, unless there's a really good
justification - such as you and your gang mates claiming a turf,
then you notice armed gang members tagged with a hostile gang's
colors - in that case interaction is not required as it's
obvious that the other side is not here to negotiate etc.
       Example -
Johnny Cop, who is a Crip himself, notices multiple
Blood-tagged gang members walking in the distance, minding their
own business. Johnny quickly takes up a sniper position, deploys
his high-caliber sniper rifle and takes multiple shots at the
       rival gang members.
In this situation, there was no interaction between the
attacker and the targets, not even an attempted one. An
important note is that an attempted interaction can be
considered enough for a situation not to be considered KOS (if
the other party is refusing to speak to you etc., this mostly
goes for hitmen when they're avoided - they usually end up using
       long-ranged killing methods).
Car Ramming - normally referred to as Car Ramming or non-RP Car
Ramming, using your vehicle to assault another player without
any valid RP involved, this can also be punishable when done
against other vehicles (such as ramming a police cruiser with
your vehicle to gain the officer's attention, without
roleplaying the consequences of such a traffic collision).
Normally, it isn't required to roleplay a traffic collision (and
you wouldn't get jailed for car ramming in such circumstances),
but just purposively driving into the wrong lane to hit another
vehicle straight on and then keep ramming it might get you
       prisoned for car ramming.
       Examples -
       - Driving thru a police checkpoint with a monster truck,
hitting everything in your way and driving away, without a
single line of /me or similar.
       - Trying to gain attention of a police officer by ramming his
       vehicle or him.
       - Driving into the wrong lane to purposively ram a vehicle,
then keep ramming the vehicle after both of them come to a full
stop from the collision, without any attempt to roleplay any
       parts of the incident.
CK - Character Kill, permanently killing someone's character,
which means that the player has to change his character's name
as ICly his character is dead. Normally a CK cannot be forced
upon a player and the player has to agree to the CK before it's
       done.
       Example -
John Doe has commited treason againist the state of San
Andreas, amongst his crimes is listed the assassination of the
President of San Andreas, the court sentences him to maximum
punishment. The law enforcement side asks OOCly to John if he
would like to accept a CK, if he accepts, then a roleplay
situation is carried out which results in the murder of John.
It also depends on the situation, if for ex. you just murder
someone and he refuses CK and dies thru the critically wounded
state, then you're forced to RP it as a hospitalization since
the player didn't accept it as an IC death).
PK - Player Kill, standart death that happens when a player is
killed OOCly (lowered to 0 HP, then /accept death or just died
while in critically wounded state). Upon a PK, character loses
memory of the events that happend in the past 30 minutes,
including the events regarding the killer(-s) killing the
       character.
CR - Chicken Run(-ning), running in zig zags or various other
ways to prevent bullets from hitting you. Due to the large lag
and desync programs in SAMP, this tactic works quite well, but
it's strictly againist the rules and is considered non-RP
because realistically running in zig-zags wouldn't anyhow help
       you to dodge bullets.
Car Park(-ing) - parking your vehicle onto someone with the
intention to assault or kill the person. This is considered
unrealistic as well, as in real life seeing an occurance of
someone being rolled under a vehicle and dying after being
rammed by it is quite rare, usually the person is thrown upwards
       - onto the hood of the vehicle.
CS / QS - Crack Shooting / Quickswapping, commonly known
weapon-related exploits that are sometimes allowed to be used in
Paintball arenas and various administrator-hosted events. How to
perform the exploits will not be provided in this guide.
Quickswapping exploit allows the using player to avoid
reloading, while crackshooting massively incerases the rate of
       fire.
ATIP - Alt Tabbed in Public, being AFK (alt-tabbed, or just
having the pause menu up) in a public place, such as the middle
of a road, Ganton GYM etc. Normally players are kicked for ATIP
if them being in that spot is disturbing roleplay, obstructing
the movement of vehicles or players etc.
