       we're providing you of admin's support on things that ONLY
       admins indeed can solve.

       This means that:
       if you got a problem with your mods - you go search on google
       for the solution.
       if you're searching a mod - you go search on google for the
       solution.
       if your samp doesn't start - you go search on google for the
       solution.
