Um why everyone have like 200 - 180 - 300 ping? Everyone lags on
this server i wanna know the reason and is it possible to get
fixed? Dont blame my connection i was playing in other game
(Team fortress 2) I had like 50 ping no problem

I would think it's because of the host location.
I used to have like 360-450(max) ping, now it's around 550, I
have no idea what happened.
Anyway, as we're changing host to get hosted tab soon, host
location will change, therefor your ping might get better.

It good be everyone's location. I'm from the US and don't get
higher than 100 ping.

Well this is a Very nice Question I think so bcz the Server is
not hosted from UK i think it is Hosting from somewhere else
