       Respawns

       I suggest slowing down the car respawns by a lot.
       For example if I park a heli on a roof to snipe some people, it
       will disappear  in a few seconds and I have no way to get off
       the building,

       Taken in consideration, vehicles will respawn after 5 minutes
       from now on.
       Locked.
