Reporting 2 capture bugs

Date and time where you found the bug:30/07/2013 7pm
What is the bug?:Capture bugs,the 1st one allows 2 persons to
capture a single checkpoint and the 2nd one allows a killed in
checkpoint person to capture even after death
Proof:
1)The 2 people in same checkpoint

the weapons factory and I wasn't even in the checkpoint
Can you re-create the bug:(y/n)See for yourselves many people
complained about it and it should be fixed ASAP and you can ask
Mohsin,[Dnt]LikeMyStatus and Krasem they assisted me and I give
credits to them too u can ask them also.

I know, trying to fix this, but can't.
I had fixed the 2 people capture thing before, but I don't know
how it's back.
The second one, I can't seem to fix it though.

The first one, it suddenly came just once, I don't think it will
come again.
The second, I'm afraid not..
