Dragon's Descent

Like the other New England parks, Dragon's Descent also got lap
belts added.
However, it may have helped Funtown out. I noticed the height
requirement was only 48". Did that change this year? I thought
it was 52" in the past. I remember being too small my first
visit to the park but I was tall enough to ride Excalibur.

It's possible. I'll have to look at other parks and see if
theirs have been dropped as well.

I haven't thought to look since I haven't had an issue with the
minimum height in quite some time.
Scream, Star Blaster, and Down Time are still 52" per the
websites.

I can't remember but I could have sworn Dragons Decent was
always 48 inches. I'll have to ask DAVE, he would know

If you look at the ride sign, you can see how the minimum height
was edited over to say 48".
In fact, if you go to the ride page on Funtown's website, it
still says the height requirement is 52". I know it was 52"
since I was too short to ride Dragon's during its opening year,
but I was tall enough to ride Excalibur.

Maybe with any luck and these new capacity crushing seat belts
more will over a greater height range.
