Are you going to leafers this year? If you are I just might
need a wee relay favour. Doing a good job on it so far. Will
be a good looking motor when its done.

make it up (Gravesend in kent will) others wont. However When i
tried to get it I had a section of paint with me - the colour
match failed to pick it up. However, I was on a mission, so
while in B&Q I went and found a some product packaging of the
right colour, I found the darkest section on a polyfiller box is
Royal Blue, colour match (which came up Royal Blue ?!?) and the
job was done. However it is not like any other paint I have
used, the blue is like a dye. Happy hunting.

Can you supply measurements for stop switch boxes as I will have
fabricate; and wiring ideas?
Great to see another in progress

I can say with some confidence it is not Oxford blue - My Landy
was painted oxford blue once it was far too light. The bonnet
and valence panel on mine are royal navy blue and look right in
comparison to other pictures.
But I dont have royal navy blue in writing anywhere, cheers for
the info on the roof colour as per your other thread - shall see
what B&Q can knock up (mine wont be concourse anytime soon)
If you give me a reminder in a couple of weeks for dimensions of
the boxes and I shall see what I can do - busy getting a couple
of motors out of the way before I can dig the series out again.
Not so sure about the electrics - I have none of that part of
the loom on mine. I presume the shut-offs open the ciricit.
Easily wired into the ignition coil lead, but I do not know what
the 'official' install should be.
