LATP 2022 CAMPING LIST NOW OPEN

Leafers at T’Pit 2022
*** CAMPING LIST NOW OPEN *** whoo
The show is on Sat 27 & Sun 28 August (10:00 to 17:00)
Camping is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
To apply, send an email to campinglistleafers@gmail.com with the
subject ‘camping list’ and you’ll receive a form within a few
days. You then need to complete and submit that form to get on
the camping list!
Please note the following:
TENTS
Due to very limited space, only tents and leafers are allowed on
the show field.
CARAVANS/CAMPER VANS
Only a very limited number of caravans/camper vans is possible.
Also, please note that they have to park down near the engine
sheds/shot blasters workshop. ** They are not allowed on the
camping/show field **
You will be informed if you have been allocated one of these
places.
VEHICLES ...
Only leaf sprung Land Rovers, that have been driven to the show,
are allowed on the show/camping field.
Springy vehicles can be left in the car park. They can be (very
briefly) brought onto the field just for unloading tents etc
CAMPING
Camping will cost a flat £20 per vehicle, regardless of number
of nights or number of people. This includes the £5 per day show
entry.
** All profits from the event go to Apedale Valley Light Railway

Are we still waiting confirmation of success in getting a
camping spot rbchn
Sent the email, filled out the forms but I don’t think I have
been told if I’m in or out or need to shake it all about whstle

Chris - I can confirm I've received your form!
I'll be sending out an email soon to everyone who is on the
camping list
When I do that I post here and on the FB page that the email has
been sent

I've just sent an email 'LATP 2022 Camping List confirmation'
to everyone who is on the camping list.
If you've not received it and think you should already be on the
camping list, let me know.
A mixture of Google Forms bugs and me not having much experience
with it, seems to have led to some forms not being received.
If you've not yet sent a form in and want to come along and join
us, there are still a few places left.
(Just send an email to campinglistleafers@gmail.com asking for
the link to the google form)

The internet is a hard thing for me to get my head around. I get
totally lost on the normal things on there, let alone trying to
do forms and such. It all just disappears into the computer
somewhere and then I never find it again.
