Another great video diary of what looked a fun trip.
What engine is in the lwb? Seemed to keep up ok with the SWB
tdi's.

Quite a rare (in this neck of the woods) Santana 3.5 straight 6
NA diesel. Not that quick off the mark but the power just
builds.

Not bad at all. It's basically a 2.25 with 2 extra cylinders, so
a lot of internals from a standard engine are a straight fit,
pistons etc.. Also as a bonus it sounds like a proper truck!

I've said it before and I'm going to say it again 1st class, I
like the way you start your clips and end them, ? how do you go
through borders over there, ? is there a check point, cheers

Cheers Dennis, on mainland Europe a lot of borders are unmanned
and most you just drive through without stopping. Getting in and
out of England is probably the hardest one. I got stopped once
in Dover and the did a quick search of the LR.
