Hi, I live 7 miles from Grantham and have a Series IIa I think,
chassis number is I think a 61 but reg. number is 65, perhaps a
bit of a bitsa, so not absolutely sure of the background.

Thanks chaps for your welcome,
He is in need of a new chassis which with a little luck will
start soon, I've been the owner now for about eight years or so
and but not on the road for the past six, just been waiting for
some money and now I have some to spare.

Plenty of reliable spares, advice, encouragement and leg pulling
available on here.
Generally a top collection of chaps. (My use of the word chaps
includes ladies of the opposite gender. wdesmle)

group of Series drivers that go to 'Greetham Gathering'

Thanks John, I did know there is a meeting there but not aware
of a group of Land Rovers that go to it. Sadly mine needs a lot
of work, I do intend to get a new chassis this year, so fingers
crossed for next year, although I might take my little Austin
A30 down there, there are some nice lanes I could use on a cross
country route to get there.
