The ever-growing fleet (oops)

The 88" I use everyday, which is probably different each time
you lot see it... 1972 200Tdi conversion. Galvy chassis, tax
exempt... ticks all the boxes AND it was a bargain too (quite
literally the best thing I have ever bought)

As a hard top...

and as a rag top earning its keep being a tad overladen
collecting many many leafer parts... (first of two fully laden
trips!)
Currently needs some TLC in the mechanics department - new front
prop needed, new exhaust needed and lots of servicing/adjusting
etc. I use it to get to work everday and as my main transport,
so it gets some use! Also currently collecting the bits together
to make myself up a linkage for the capstan on the front.
I am sure you are all aware of my other road-worthy leafer which
I have had for nearing 6 years now!

and after...ish. Nowhere near finished here but on the road at
last!
I also recently saved another 109" from scrap, and another rare
one at that... quite modern as leafers go, and not really
usually my 'thing'. However, the more 109" SWs I see, and
specifically the more Stage Ones I see, the more I want to keep
and restore it for the future. At the moment it is in storage at
a workmate's farm. (well, it's sat outside there anyway)

Cheers! It feels like it's taken forever BUT I was looking
through my pics, and this time last year (dated 6-8th Jan), I
took these photos...

It's been a long time, but it is almost complete and finished
externally!

Especially with new boots and the roof rack. Propex to wire in
and ducting to fit, as well as gas bottle carriers to fix to
chassis. Lots of interior still to do, however!
