Afternoon all,
I went to the last two gatherings at t'Pit, but am new to the
forum. In 2015 I was without a vehicle due to being
mid-re-build, and this year managed only a brief appearance on
the Monday, so I'll probably still be unfamiliar. If it helps,
I'm generally identifiable by moustache and flat cap.
Daily drive is a petrol Series III, which, after considerable
searching, is now joined by a IIA Carawagon. I'll do a bit of a
write-up on both vehicles in the 'Land Rover Gallery' section in
the next few days. The Carawagon has been 'dormant' for eleven
years, so I've got something of a job on my hands - expect
regular pestering for guidance in the coming
months/years/decades.
