I got to go to Norway a good few times for work. Sadly I only
got to drive hire cars over there.
I enjoyed the snow and ice on the old road up to Glomfjord but
it did take nearly 3 hours out of the trip when they put the new
road in. First time I drove it was in the dark in a blizzard
great fun.
I'd love to go back with the 109.

Six years later...
The decision to live with classic land rovers brought me to
unbelievable absent, wild and nice places like the Sahara, the
vulcanic highlands (hell to drive with leaf spring) or the
Romanian mountains.
I've never felt asleep in front of the fireplace, but met very
interesting people there with their adventures publish on books.
Finally the slogan "Land Rover turns owners into mechanics" also
perfectly worked for me

Made some good,good friends who we would never have crossed

I joined up in 2015 to sneak into T'Pit to not quite sell hats.
I met some splendid folk and hats are still available.
