       Step 1
       go to
  HTML http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
       and download
       teamspeak client for your operating system

       Step 2
       open up teamspeak after you install it and click on connections
       tab at top

       Step 3
       Enter the following ip you see there and create your username
