Teamspeak vs Ventrillo

well guys, I'm thinking about hosting either a teamspeak or vent
server. tell me which one yall like better. it's nice to get to
know your fellow serenex friends a little more, and what other
way than voice communication. server will be strictly for
business and there will be absolutely no shit talking allowed in
there (no fighting, ect.) i understand not everyone has a mic,
but you can still listen to people so it's not all too bad.
better than constantly typing.

also, just found out that if you have an iphone or android you
can download an app for teamspeak and talk using that.

I'm going to work on my team speak server later. I'm at work
right now. With the teamspeak I can get more slots for cheaper
than vent, and people who don't have access to mics, but have
iPhone or android can also communicate.

Tbh, I don't know the difference between vent and teamspeak, but
either one i would join :) great idea.
Ps, I don't know how to use them, so a guide would be helpful
once it's sorted out please? :)
