happy first day of spring!

Certainly doesn't feel like it where I live! We will be lucky to
get to the mid 20's! ( they are talking about the wind chill
factor, but I refuse to listen to that LOL) No real warm-up in
sight.

Right it is 4* and like you only to get to mid 20's Glad we have
firewood in basement.

doesn't feel like it. The winds have been terrible here and I
now officially have a cold. :( It has been coming on for a
week now. It doesn't sound like it will warm up even by next
week. I am so tired of this weather. Only good thing is the

I had spring-like days for the weekend and also the past two
days. Now it's cloudy, cooler, and supposed to be subfreezing
tonight - rain, possibly wintery mix on Friday. I think Mother
Nature has forgotten that this is the Deep South! Blue birds are
nesting, spring shrubs and trees are in bloom .... but my hummer
still hasn't returned. I think he knows things we don't know.

Hard to believe it's the first day of spring here. The only
thing is that the sun is shinning which is great!!! I'm so sick
of winter weather.

I guess Mother Nature is playing tricks on all of us....the
growing season seems so short now and if spring doesn't come for
a while most likely it will just go right into the hot weather.
I like spring the most of all of the seasons so I surely don't
want to miss it...

didn't get over freezing today. Low of 18 tonight! Brrrrrr!!!
I'll gladly put up with it though if we have a decent summer and
not the drought, and extreme heat like last year.[/font]

Happy first day of spring-not here. Scraped off ice and snow
from car before heading out to trod with high boots through
unplowed everything at work!! Snowiest March I've ever seen. :-\
