Killing ans dying

1. If shot, the water mark must be bigger than a quarter. Little
spray does not count. No rain shots. Water balloons must hit and
explode above the waist.
2. Only water can be in guns.
3. The shot must be in the torso or head. Arm shots do not
count.
4. If you are killed, you must give your bracelet to your
killer.
5. If you are killed and run away or cheat your way out of dying
in a similar way and the moderators find out, you and another
member of your family will be eliminated. If the family
knowingly defends a cheater, there will be further consequences
at the moderator's discretion
6. If you kill somebody, call your Godfather and tell them who
it is. If you have been killed, call your Godfather and tell
them so. Both kills and deaths are to be reported to the
moderators.
7. Jumping in a pool does not count as suicide, but if you do so
during a chase or a shootout you will be declared dead.
8a. Assassinations can occur by sneaking up on a player from
behind and marking across their neck with a sharpie. This mark
can be anywhere on the neck.
8b. Assassinations count for two (2) points.
8c. Marks for assassinations must be at least an inch long and
on the neck.
9. A dead family member can be revived for ten (10) points.
10. Dead family members and other nonplayers are only permitted
to drive. They cannot be used to enter doors or as shields. They
cannot be used to fool other players by shooting water guns.
Your team will be punished if it breaks this rule.
11. If you think that you have killed another player, you can
declare a kill check. Only the killer and victim are safe during
a kill check. If player A thinks he shot player B and declares a
kill check only players A & B cannot kill or be killed during
this time. All other surrounding players are fair game.
12. Running away after a kill check is called will result in the
death of the fleeing player. He can still be revived for 10
points.
13a. If it is determined that a player is killed, the killer
then takes their victim's wristband.
13b. If it is determined that neither player is killed, they are
free to safely leave with immunity for 5 minutes after the kill
check.
14a. When a kill is reported, the deceased family member and
godfather will have 15 minutes to dispute the kill before it is
tweeted and finalized. If there is no response to the claim,
they are assumed dead. Any abuse to this rule will result in
severe consequences.
14b. Disputing a kill does not mean overturning. Even if a
godfather disputes the kill, it can still be found legitimate.
15. "infinite" water sources are not allowed, this includes but
is not limited to: water hoses, water tanks, etc. If you're not
sure something is allowed, ask the mods first.
