Gamer's Rights (Members Rights)
The following rules are to protect your rights as a human being.

[li]Disrespect [font=georgia][Trash Talking,Ridicule or other
Rude comments][/font][/li]
[li]Discrimination
[font=georgia][Racism,Sexism,Religion,Political][/font][/li]
[li]Harassment [font=georgia][Threats,Sexual,Aggressive
Behavior][/font][/li]
[li]No Booting [font=georgia]unless they have been asked to
leave and refused[/font][/li]
[li]Treat all players how you would like to be treated.
[font=georgia][Includes non members of SEEK][/font][/li]

Developers Rights (Microsoft,343,Activison)
The following rules are usually set by developers of the games.

[li]Cheating [font=georgia][Force
Host,Standby,Hacks][/font][/li]
[li]Modding [font=georgia][Think SMG that fires rockets not
Modded Controller][/font][/li]
[li]Anything that gives you an unnatural advantage[/li]
[/list]
[font=georgia]We are perfectly fine with mods like: Action reply
and Modded Controllers, Any mod that won't affect matchmaking or
represent the community in a negative way is fine.[/font]
Community Rules(SEEK Leadership)
The following rules help us protect our good name.

[li]Poaching [font=georgia][Convincing members of other
branches/Communities to transfer][/font][/li]
[li]Multi-claning [font=georgia][We only allow you to be in one
Gaming Community at a time][/font][/li]
[li] Only one account in the community at a time
[font=georgia][we can make exceptions][/font][/li]
[li]The SEEK name needs to be approved in ALL
situations.[font=georgia][Clan tags, GamertagWesites, Fan pages,
Youtube, etc][/font][/li]
[li]SEEK Gamertags
[font=georgia]*Gamertag_SEEK (Space before and Only the S ,
no Numbers within the word SEEK. If you don't like it don't get
a SEEK Tag! its OPTIONAL!)[/font][/li]

Rules (Basic Understandings)
The following rules help prevent the real chaos.

[li]Majors/Brigadier vote to determine if a former member can
rejoin/be un-banned.[/li]
[li]Transfers are done through Majors/Brigadiers
[font=georgia][Every member has a right to transfer if they are
unhappy, but they may face obstacles to complete
beforehand][/font][/li]
[li]When you leave the community your account on the site may be
banned/deleted even if you left on Good Terms[/li]
[li]The minimum age limit is 16, [font=georgia][Exceptions can
be made, No reason to lie, You can be demoted or Banned for
lying or continiously bringing in underage members][/font][/li]
[li]Members who are inactive for more than 3 weeks will be
Removed unless a Leader is Notified[/li]
[li]Anyone who sees something wrong and fails to report it may
face punishment[/li]
[li][font=georgia]You are responsible for reporting any
infractions in the community, We cannot fix a problem if we are
not aware of it.[/font][/li]

Ranks
How our system works and what the colors look like.
[font=georgia]All members are required to stay in uniform at all
times, This is used to determine what rank, branch and even when
we do promotions.

[li]Description: Recently joined the community. [/li]
[li]Duties: Get to know people & have fun![/li]
[li]Minimum Service: 3 days to 1 week[/li]

[li]Emblem: Swords (Toggled) [/li]

[li]Description: Junior Member[/li]

[li]Duties: Squad member, Readily Available to Play with

[li]Description: Squad Leader[/li]
[li]Duties: Must be able to recite recruitment speech,helps with
activities and watches over new members.[/li]

[li]Minimum Service: 2 weeks[/li]

[li]Rank: Master Sergeant[/li]
[li]Emblem: Camfire (Non-Toggled) [White][/li]
[li]Description: Training Rank of Lieutenant[/li]
[li]Duties: Learning how to Manage Branch & Members[/li]
[li]Minimum Service: 1 week[/li]

[li]Rank: Lieutenant[/li]
[li]Emblem: Runes [White][/li]
[li]Description: Branch co-leader[/li]
[li]Duties: Manage members, give recruitment speeches, plan &
lead activities [/li]
[li]Must Read and have Understanding of Leadership Guide[/li]
[li]Minimum Service: 4 weeks[/li]

[li]Rank: Captain[/li]
[li]Emblem: Skull King[/li]
[li]Description:Branch leader[/li]
[li]Duties: Manage the entire branch, approve promotions,
interpret & apply policies[/li]
[li]Minimum Service: 8 weeks[/li]

[li]Rank: Major[/li]
[li]Emblem: Any symbol[/li]
[li]Description: Manages multiple branches & their
commanders[/li]
[li]Duties: Approves SEEK nametags & potential members younger
than 16years old,watches multiple branches[/li]

[li]Emblem: Any Symbol[/li]
[li]Description: Manages Majors, multiple branches, their
commanders, members, inter-clan relations and more [/li]
