       A big thank you to everyone who played at this gig, today. What
       a great stage and it was lovely to have all the p.a. set up for
       us. Lots of my old colleagues said how much they enjoyed the

       Many thanks for taking the lead today Diane. I was able to renew
       my acquaintanceship with Jenny Brown, the head of the school,
       whom I know from when she used to attend Christ Church and began
       learning to ring there. I had a word with one of her daughters,
       who was also at today’s event. It was an enjoyable session but
       just a pity more people hadn’t arrived in time to hear us.

       Thank you Dorothy. We stayed behind to mingle with the crowd and
       I have to say the crowd did increase a lot later on. Shame we
       were the opening act. Still, it stayed dry and not too cold.
