HANDICAP SINGLES COMPETITION
FREE TO ENTER
REGISTRATION DEADLINE - MONDAY 29TH NOVEMBER
PRELIM ROUND - THURSDAY 16TH DECEMBER AT HOME VENUE (if needed)
1st ROUND - THURSDAY 27TH JANUARY
AT HOME VENUES (64)
2nd ROUND - THURSDAY 24TH FEBRUARY
AT HOME VENUES (32)
ALL ROUNDS UPTO AND INCLUDING LAST 32 CAN BE PLAYED EARLIER IF
AGREED BY BOTH PLAYERS.
COMPETITION NIGHT (Fixed Date) AT RAYLEIGH LANES - THURSDAY 24TH
MARCH
FORMAT RACE TO 5
PREM PLAYERS START 0, DIV 1 START 1, DIV 2 START 2.
IN ALL GAMES DIVISIONAL PLAYERS
START ON THEIR ALLOCATED HANDICAP i.e Div 1 v Div 2 starts 1-2.
Exception being two Div 2 players drawn together start 1-1 race
to 5.

January or by agreement with players before or after but by 10th
February latest.
All matches are a race to 5 with each player starting on their

Finals at Lanes Sports last Thursday 24th March.
All matches were a race to 5 with each player starting on their

Semis / Final of this years competition went ahead as scheduled
on Sunday 26th June at Rayleigh Sports
Congratulatulations to the 21/22 Champion - James Moore (River
Rebels)
Results of some entertaining frames on the day were as follows:
Ian Nash (Felsons) beat Gary Benjafield (More by Luck) 5-2
James Moore (River Rebels) beat Ant Morley (River Rebels) 5-1
Final - James Moore 5-1 beat Ian Nash
Another great day of good quality pool. Trophies & prize money
will be handed out at the SDPL Presentation Night on Friday 2nd
September.
